FITNESS ASSESSMENT
A series of tests to determine your current fitness level. There are a number of tests that are performed in order to accurately rate where your body is at in terms of your fitness level.
This will also help with your tailored exercise perscription for your workout program.
Testing will include, but is not limited to:
- UPPER BODY STRENGTH
- ABDOMINAL/CORE STRENGTH
- FLEXIBILITY
- CARDIO STRENGTH/ENDURANCE

These are various tests that will further help determine your current health & fitness level. It is cruciaL to learn all of these important measurements for the fitness professional
and client. This will enable both individuals to carefully monitor changes throughout the program.

- BODY MEASUREMENTS (GIRTHS OF THE TRUNK AND LIMBS)
- BODY MASS INDEX (BMI)
- DETERMINING GOAL BODY WEIGHT
- BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS TO GAUGE PROGRESS

$50.00 One Time Fee ($75.00 VALUE)
